Just cause is a great open world shooter franchise with some of the very best games in that genre and this what just cause 2 delivers the best. Rico the protagonist with its iconic Grappling Hook is the signature of the game, with great mechanics and freedom of roaming around with an arsenal of great weapons, Just cause 2 is a all in one a great Open world shooter.
With great ratings this game is also available in steam for very cheap during sales.

8) LEGEND OF ZELDA:BREADTH OF THE WILD
The legend of Zelda is a fantasy action adventure game developed in 2017 which is developed by Japanese creators Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka. You can estimate the might and legacy of the game by it being the game of the year 2017.It features various characters and an amazing storyline with great graphics and impressive game mechanics. The franchise has developed various games over time but breadth of the wild stands apart due to its immersive game graphics and amazing story line as well as soundtrack.

Bioshock infinite is a first person shooter game that takes place in a city named "Columbia", the game has really good visuals and a great gameplay and mechanics with an amazing storyline and a really good plot. The Bioshock franchise also has great games .The game is developed by 2K games and I would strongly recommend to check it out.
4)Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare Trilogy
Call of duty modern warfare is the best series in the franchise of call of duty which is still regarded as the one of the best shooters for its compelling storyline and immersive gameplay. The game has one of the finest characters of games ever such as Cpt Price, Soap and Ghost. The Games also feature great multiplayer experience and can easily be played on a low end machine.
3)Halo: Combat Evolved
We have already told you that Call of duty was a massive hit as a first person shooter but the first person shooter that was released and laid the foundation for later fps titles was the halo combat evolved. It was the game that truly discovered the fps genre and became inspiration to many others, it had a really awesome story and plot with great game mechanics at the time and also great visuals. This was the game that marked the beggining of the franchise we today know as THE HALO. Microsoft also released The Master chief collection in 2014 containing all of the halo games with halo 1 and 2 anniversary editions also.
2) Portal 1 and 2
Portal is a game that i can regard as one of its kind, the game that has one of the best storytelling ever with unique game plot, gameplay mechanics and visuals with its beautiful soundtrack and puzzle play.
The game features the protagonist "Chell" which packs only a single weapon "The Portal gun" which is capable of creating portal through spacetime, well I can say no more as the rest is just a masterpiece created by Valve. Both the games have been regarded as the game of the year titles in their respective years of release and if u haven't played it yet I don't know what are you doing with your life mate.
1)Half Life Series
The Game that started it all, The game that single handedly revolutionized the gaming industry, The game that changed the whole game. You just can't get enough of it. The game franchise that made people mad to bring the third title which hasn't yet released. I know you will call me mad but the game has according to me the best storytelling ever with insane visuals at the time of release and legendry soundtrack and great game mechanics. This game is one hell of a masterpiece. Being released in 2004 this is the game which won the Game of the decade title for 2000-2010 and I can assure you its a worthy contender for the game of the century. Well if I have to I can write a 1000 word essay complementing about this title but I think you get the point now.
